Delete your Zext Pro account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Zext Pro and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

By email

If you can’t use the app, email support@zextpro.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll do it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account, name and email address
• Your progress and quiz results
• Videos and PDFs you uploaded, and any courses you created
• Reports you filed and people you blocked

Everything is deleted straight away. Copies in our hosting provider’s backups are overwritten within a short period. Basic security logs may be kept for up to 90 days.
