Terms of use
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Zext Pro app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Zext Pro.
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
Learning content
Lessons are for general education. They are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Instructors are responsible for the accuracy of their courses.
Uploading lessons
When you upload a video or PDF, you confirm that:
- you created it or have permission to share it;
- it doesn’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy; and
- it isn’t offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, spam or unlawful.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it and show it to Zext Pro users for as long as it stays in the app. You can delete your uploads at any time.
Zero tolerance for abusive content
We don’t tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Uploads are reviewed before other learners can see them. You can report any lesson or block any uploader from inside the app. We review reports promptly, remove content that breaks these terms, and may suspend or close accounts that break them.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, interfere with the service, scrape it, or use it to harass anyone.
The service
Zext Pro is currently free. We work to keep it available but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features, and will give notice of significant changes where we can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, or for content uploaded by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
